Oranges

On Sunday I sent an email to Centotre about their fantastic orange juice.  The stuff is just amazing but unfortunately it seems to clash with my digestive system and leave me very ill – my fault, not theirs.

In my email I explained this and asked if there was anything special about the OJ they serve.  Now this was at 9pm on a Sunday evening.  I wasn’t expecting a prompt reply but guess what? A mere ten minutes later an email from Centotre landed in my inbox appoligising for my experiance and telling me all about the orange juice.

Did you know the oranges are sourced from Argentina?  And that they squeeze the juice fresh each day? I didn’t before I received their response.

Centotre is a local business that really do put the customer first.  They have friendly enthusiastic staff and a wonderful approach to food service.  Centotre also get social media, you can check out their blog or visit their Twitter and Flickr profiles.  But it’s best to visit them in person at 103 George Street, Edinburgh!

Nice post Ross. Did you ever get to the ‘bottom’ of your digestive problem?

Thanks for stopping by Mike. Nope, I didn’t get to the ‘bottom’ of the problem. I did however implement a fix this morning: http://twitpic.com/kte73
