I think it’s time you upgraded your numbers. Not overly impressed using your service only to be given the wrong number. So I’ve been charged and had to go elsewhere to actually to get the right information, poor, very poor.

118118 sounds like a good idea. If the service can deliver that his the main thing. Lots of promise for service of this nature, but the test is deliverying the goods. Being able to answer the questions in real time.
