Sam Brown is a web designer and developer from Edinburgh. Not only does he live in the same town as myself and shares the surname ‘Brown’ with me, he is also cool (like me).

I can’t quite remember how I found his personal blog but I have and its really neat in terms of content and layout. As Sam as recently updated his site, I thought I’d spend a few moments explaining why I like this site so much.

    With just 30 min to go I can tell that everyone is really excited. The Apple Store is down and the media are are taking there seats.

  • I Love my SlingBox

    Sling Player streaming \

    To be honest, I have no idea where I’d be without my SlingBox.  Basically, you connect the SlingBox to your television (in this case, a Sky HD box) and Sling’ will sling the video across your LAN to your computer.  Boo-ya!

    But the fun does not stop there.  Not only can you control your satellite/cable box from your computer but you can also pipe your television out of your LAN and onto the Internet for your viewing pleasure.
