Um… Yes!  I watched a girly movie.  There I admitted it, shoot me if you must!  “13 Going On 30” tells the story of the female teen, who on her 13th birthday wishes to be thirty years old.  A ‘jump-cut’ later and she finds herself in an unfamiliar apartment with a semi-naked man.  Oh, and she is thirty years old too.  For a movie fitting into the comedy genre this sounds terribly frightening.

So, how much could a person in 17 years? As Jenna - the 13 year old thirty-year old - discovers, you can change a lot and reverse your position on principals you couldn’t be surer of currently.

So come 2019 when I turn 30, will I remain true to what I hold important today?  Who knows…

To finish my review of the film, nothing much happens, some teenage girl bitching stuff and some end credits.  Not a huge loss if you don’t manage to see this one before you die.
